The City of Dunedin is launching a new tool to help residents take control of their water use and better understand their monthly utility bills.

Starting October 1, 2025, City of Dunedin water and sewer rates will increase, following the adoption of Ordinance 25-04 by the City Commission in June. The change is intended to stabilize the City’s Utility Enterprise Fund and ensure reliable water and wastewater service through 2030.
The City of Dunedin has named Tony Mulkey as its new Parks and Recreation Director. Mulkey joins Dunedin from the City of Tampa, where he most recently served as Director of Parks and Recreation. Mulkey replaces longtime Parks and Recreation Director Vince Gizzi, who retired in March after 17 years of service. Mulkey will begin his new role on July 28.
