The Southwest Florida Water Management District has declared a Phase 3 water shortage. Effective 4/3, Dunedin water customers will be limited to 4 hours of potable water irrigation on their assigned day. The new restrictions will not impact reclaimed water usage.
The Dunedin Solid Waste Division provides collection of household garbage (automated green cart) and yard debris/bulky items (manually) once per week. The collection of mixed recycling (automated blue cart) is currently provided by WastePro once per week.
To avoid attraction and infestation of bugs and rodents, please bag your household garbage before placing in the cart.
The Dunedin Solid Waste Division provides manual collection of yard waste and bulk debris once per week on your regular garbage/recycling collection day. Place bulk items at least 3 feet away from automated automated carts and place them on the curb by 6:30 a.m.

When the service level is exceeded in one or more of the following categories you will receive courtesy notice to contact Solid Waste for alternative disposal options:
