Gulf Coast Bike Trek

Looking for a one-of-a-kind adventure or a way to increase your endurance? The Gulf Coast Bike Trek is for you. There will be three different routes as well as a Cycle Your Way option to ensure that this bike ride has something for everyone. Your distance options are a seasoned cyclist 62-mile ride, an adventure seeker’s 40-mile ride, and a family friendly trek that tops out at 10 miles.  Ride with us along the iconic Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail through historic backdrops of Dunedin, Clearwater, and Tarpon Springs.  Make every mile count in support of the American Lung Association’s mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education and advocacy.

Our mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease. YOU are the key to that mission. Our staff and volunteers will fully support you in your goals for fundraising, team building, and training as you prepare for ride day. On the day of the ride, we will have all the bases covered with medical support, mechanical support, multiple rest-stops with food & bathrooms. Everybody who rides will have a place at the finish line celebrating your fundraising towards lung health!

Important Registration & Fundraising Information

When registering for the Gulf Coast Bike Trek, please note that in addition to the registration fee, all riders must raise a minimum of $200 through their Participant Center tools to ride with us on event day. Your fundraising supports the American Lung Association’s mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

Registration Fees:

• Metric Century (62 miles): $45
• 40-Mile Ride: $45
• Alpha-1 Foundation Family Ride (shorter, kid-friendly route): $25
